Tip jar classes

There are no fees for these classes…a tip jar is provided if you feel so moved.

These classes provide an opportunity to be introduced to many of the concepts integral to improving health at a fundamental level as well as cover more “practical” aspects of taking control of your health such as how to read medical literature and what to stock to create your own “hospital at home.”

Classes are about 2 hours long with a flexible structure allowing plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

Click through to the class description and reserve your spot on the calendar. Classes are limited to 10 participants.
