Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome


Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a leading cause of infertility. When diagnosed, it is usually treated with hormone therapy and in vitro fertilization if necessary. Yet the fundamental issue with PCOS is not that you are not working properly, it is that you are not eating properly. This is a medical issue that can be fixed with diet alone. We will discuss PCOS, the hormonal influences which cause it, and the dietary changes that can fix it.
