Chicken, Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients
300 g Chicken Breast (one large breast)
300 g Shrimp, peeled (one pound before peeling)
90 g Broccoli, rough chopped (1 small to medium stalk)
90 g Mushroom, sliced (4 medium)
90 g Onion, sliced (1/2 medium)
10 g Garlic, thin sliced (4 cloves)
5 g Parsley, rough chopped (small bunch)
15 g Butter (1 Tbs)
1/2 tsp Salt (plus to taste)
1-2 tsp Herbs and Spices of your choice
Instructions
Heat two pans over medium heat.
In one pan, place the chicken breast and a 1/2 of water, cover, and allow to poach for 10 minutes.
In the second pan, place the onion, mushrooms and broccoli with a little bit of water and sprinkle the salt over the top. Cover and allow to steam.
After 10 minutes, remove the chicken breast and set aside on a cutting board to rest. Turn off the vegetables and uncover to allow any water to steam off.
Pour any water out of the chicken pan, add the butter, and when melted over medium high heat, add the shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until done, about 4 minutes.
Slice the chicken breast.
Plate up the dish with the veggies, chicken and shrimp.
Sprinkle with the parsley, herbs, spices and salt to taste.
