Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken Breast (one large breast)

  • 300 g Shrimp, peeled (one pound before peeling)

  • 90 g Broccoli, rough chopped (1 small to medium stalk)

  • 90 g Mushroom, sliced (4 medium)

  • 90 g Onion, sliced (1/2 medium)

  • 10 g Garlic, thin sliced (4 cloves)

  • 5 g Parsley, rough chopped (small bunch)

  • 15 g Butter (1 Tbs)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt (plus to taste)

  • 1-2 tsp Herbs and Spices of your choice

Instructions

  • Heat two pans over medium heat.

  • In one pan, place the chicken breast and a 1/2 of water, cover, and allow to poach for 10 minutes.

  • In the second pan, place the onion, mushrooms and broccoli with a little bit of water and sprinkle the salt over the top. Cover and allow to steam.

  • After 10 minutes, remove the chicken breast and set aside on a cutting board to rest. Turn off the vegetables and uncover to allow any water to steam off.

  • Pour any water out of the chicken pan, add the butter, and when melted over medium high heat, add the shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until done, about 4 minutes.

  • Slice the chicken breast.

  • Plate up the dish with the veggies, chicken and shrimp.

  • Sprinkle with the parsley, herbs, spices and salt to taste.
