  • 30 g Cheese, sliced (1 oz)

  • 30 g Ham, deli sliced (1 1/2 slices)

  • 30 g Onion, sliced (1/4 medium)

  • 30 g Sweet Pepper, sliced (1/4 pepper)

  • 60 g Mushrooms, sliced (2-3 medium)

  • Salt and Spice to taste

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium-low heat, add the vegetables and a tablespoon of water, cover and allow to cook.

  • In a second pan over medium-high heat, fry the sliced ham until it just starts to brown, about 1 minute per side, then remove and set aside.

  • In the ham pan, cook the burger until done, about 5 minutes per side.

  • When the burger is on it’s second side, season it with salt and spice, and put cheese on it to melt.

  • While the burger is on it’s second side, remove the lid from the vegetables, season with salt and spice, allow any remaining water to steam off, and then remove from the heat.

  • When the burger is done, remove it to a plate and dress with the ham slices and cooked vegetables.
