Sun and Light

Sunlight is critical to optimal health, and there is no supplement or artificial light source that can replace it. This class will discuss some of the ways in which sunlight influences our health both on a biochemical basis as well as setting the rhythm of our internal clock. We will also the effects of artificial light on our health, how to minimize its negative impacts and how to safely maximize the benefits of the sun.
